BACKGROUND:
During the 2021 Budgeting Process, the Executive Team convened with the Board of Trustees to discuss our 2021 Executive Team Initiatives for the year that align with our three areas of focus: Service, People and Stewardship.
DISCUSSION:
Under each focus area of Service, People and Stewardship, the Executive Team chose two areas of emphasis for the initiatives which we inform the work. They are as follows: • Service: Innovate service with a focus on customer experience and Enhance core system performance. • People: Engage and develop our workforce and Connect and communicate with our community. • Stewardship: Maintain a state of good repair and Demonstrate fiscal responsibility. Given we are at the midpoint for 2021, the Executive Team will report out and share what progress has been made in each of these areas.
