BACKGROUND:                                                                                                                                 

At the end of 2022, UTA adopted its 2022-2030 Strategic Goals and Objectives. The strategic minute provides an update on one of the five UTA strategic priorities - Quality of Life, Customer Experience, Organizational Excellence, Community Support, and Economic Return

DISCUSSION:                                                                                                                                      

This strategic plan minute highlights our Quality of Life strategic priority. This multi-year strategic initiative of launching UTA’s new Midvalley Express (MVX) Bus Rapid Transit service was supported by our Capital, Service Planning, and Operations teams. The report will highlight key milestones achieved from service opening to current date.
