RECOMMENDATION:
Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute the contract and associated disbursements with Employ LLC in the amount of $719,000.00 over four years for JobVite and Talemetry services.
BACKGROUND:
Employ Inc. is the legal successor in interest to Jobvite. Although this is one contract, the vendor requires two separate orders: the first for Jobvite services for one additional year and Talemetry services for one year; and the second order for only Talemetry services for three years. .
In today's competitive job market, UTA aims to position itself as an employer of choice. To support this goal, UTA utilizes Employ's Talemetry tool, which enhances our recruitment marketing efforts. Talemetry helps UTA advertise, communicate, and remarket to potential candidates effectively. It simplifies the application process for external candidates and offers seamless two-way integration with Workday, ensuring a smooth transition from application to employment.
Additionally, this contract will extend UTA's current application tracking system, Jobvite, through 2025 as we continue to implement Workday.
DISCUSSION:
After thoroughly reviewing the available options in the marketplace, UTA has determined that Employ's Talemetry product offers the most comprehensive Recruitment Marketing and Candidate Relationship Management solution. This sole source has been reviewed and approved by the sole source review board. This choice eliminates the need to piece together multiple solutions, providing a seamless and integrated approach.

An alternative to using a single tool is for UTA to piece together a solution from multiple providers and contracts.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Budget for annual support of this contract will be accounted for 2025 through 2028 in the Operating Budget.
