RECOMMENDATION:                                                                                                                       

Review updates to 11 of UTA’s Administrative Policies.                                           

BACKGROUND:                                                                                                                                 

UTA staff have been working on updates to UTA’s Administrative policies to ensure they are accurate and compliant. These eleven policies are now ready for review by the Board, prior to adoption by the Executive Director. 

DISCUSSION:                                                                                                                                      

These policies have been reviewed by the appropriate Chief Officer, legal counsel, and UTA’s Public Policy Analyst. UTA’s Executive Director will approve these policies after this review. The policies will then be updated on UTA’s intranet.   

ALTERNATIVES:

If revised policies are not adopted, current policies will remain in effect.
