BACKGROUND:
A proposal regarding a Jordan Valley Transit Oriented Development (TOD) investment opportunity may be presented for the Board of Trustees’ consideration at the October 13th Board meeting.
DISCUSSION:
Paul Drake, UTA Director of Real Estate and TOD will provide a presentation on the proposed board action.
