BACKGROUND:                                                                                                                                 

The Real Estate and Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) department is creating a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Guidelines and Standards document. These principles and guidelines are broad recommendations for ideal TOD developments.

DISCUSSION:                                                                                                                                      

Real Estate and TOC staff would like to discuss project goals, processes and next steps with the Board of Trustees. .
