BACKGROUND:                                                                                                                                 

At the end of 2022, UTA adopted its 2022-2030 Strategic Goals and Objectives. The strategic minute provides an update on one of the five UTA strategic priorities - Quality of Life, Customer Experience, Organizational Excellence, Community Support, and Economic Return.

DISCUSSION:                                                                                                                                      

This strategic plan minute highlights our Customer Experience strategic priority. The Capital Service Office owns this strategic initiative of executing Phase 2 of the S-Line Street Car Extension. This is a multi-year strategic initiative. The report will highlight key milestones achieved thus far in 2026.
