In consequence of Mike Hurst being offered a permanent position as Director of Internal Audit and as per R2021-12-01 - Resolution Appointing Mike Hurst as Internal Auditor and Officer of the Board, Cathie Griffiths will administer the oath of office to Mr. Hurst.
