BACKGROUND:
As UTA’s governing body, the Transit Commission shares responsibility for regional outreach alongside the Executive Director and the Agency’s External Relations department. As key participants in UTA’s unified outreach approach, the Transit Commission is requested to report on their interactions with stakeholders.
DISCUSSION:
Commission support staff will maintain records of Commissioner outreach activities through Salesforce. The attached document outlines what information is required for accurate reporting and the process for recording outreach interactions.
