Approve Resolution CR2026-07-04 appointing Nicole Martin as Officer and Secretary of the Utah Transit Authority
BACKGROUND:
The Public Transit District Act (“the Act”) outlines the positions and methods for appointment of various officers of a large public transit district, such as UTA. Officers are to include a secretary to be appointed by the Transit Commission. The Act and proposed UTA Bylaws stipulate that the Authority Secretary maintain the official governing records of the authority among other duties. Nicole Martin has been selected as the Secretary of the Utah Transit Authority.
DISCUSSION:
This resolution appoints Nicole Martin as Officer and Secretary of the Authority.
