RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Resolution R2023-06-03 to authorize adoption of a new Organizational Structure that renames the Service Development Office to the Capital Services Office.
BACKGROUND:
The Board of Trustees previously adopted Resolution R2022-03-10 which adopted the Organizational Structure. Since then, a decision has been made to rename the Service Development Office to Capital Services Office.
DISCUSSION:
The updated title of Capital Services better reflects the work of the agency office.
ALTERNATIVES:
Continue to call the agency office “Service Development”
