BACKGROUND:
UTA offers a robust Total Rewards package to help attract and retain its workforce.
DISCUSSION:
Throughout the year, UTA’s People Office brings contracts and policy updates to the Board of Trustees for approval. These items are often related to the agency’s Total Rewards Package for both administrative and bargaining unit employees. Providing an overview of the total package will provide context in advance of these items coming to the board throughout the year.
