BACKGROUND:
As articulated in the Committee on Accessible Transportation (CAT) Committee Charter adopted by the UTA Board of Trustees on October 30, 2019, it is the responsibility of the CAT Committee Chair to provide an annual update to the Board of Trustees regarding significant CAT Committee accomplishments.
DISCUSSION:
This presentation will update the UTA Board of Trustees regarding significant contributions made by CAT Committee members during the 2020 - 2021 CAT membership year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, an update was not provided in 2020, so information will also be provided regarding contributions made during prior membership years. Ongoing accessibility improvements, as well as the upcoming Disability History Month and annual ADA Celebration, will also be discussed.
