BACKGROUND:
At the end of 2022, UTA adopted its 2022-2030 Strategic Goals and Objectives. The strategic minute provides an update on one of the five UTA strategic priorities - Quality of Life, Customer Experience, Organizational Excellence, Community Support, and Economic Return.
DISCUSSION:
This strategic minute highlights our Generating Critical Economic Return strategic priority. Communications and Marketing own this strategic initiative of implementing the Economic Value Campaign. The report will highlight key milestones achieved thus far in 2025.
