RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize the Executive Director to execute the 2024/2025 Ski Bus Service Agreement with SMHG Management/Powder Mountain for the amount of $83,464 in revenue.
BACKGROUND:
Utah Transit Authority (“UTA”) and SMHG Management/Powder Mountain (“the Resort”) have a longstanding relationship to promote the sustainability and growth of Ski Bus Service. For over 20 years, the resort and UTA have contracted together to provide transit service to employees and ski pass holders.
DISCUSSION:
SMHG Management/Powder Mountain and UTA both desire to enter into another agreement to support the use of public transit for employees and skiers traveling to the resort. The value of the agreement is $83,464.00.
