DISCUSSION:

Utah Open and Public Meetings Act allows for the Board of Trustees to meet in a session closed to the public for various specific purposes. The board will hold a closed session for the following purposes:  • Strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation • Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual
