RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Modification No. 5 to the contract with Motivosity Inc. and authorize the Executive Director to execute the contract and associated disbursements in the amount of $64,234.73 to increase the contract term by 8 months, from 5/1/2024 to12/31/2024.

BACKGROUND:
Motivosity has been a valuable tool in providing a system of web-based delivery of an employee recognition and engagement program.

DISCUSSION:
With this change order, the new total contract not to exceed value will be $499,571.43This will provide continuation of the Motivosity recognition and engagement program through the end of 2024.

ALTERNATIVES:
There are other employee appreciation programs, however, they are limited because they do not offer options for goal setting and coaching/feedback.

FISCAL IMPACT:
These funds are included in the Approved 2024 Operatining budget in cost center 7800.
