BACKGROUND:
At the end of 2022, UTA adopted its 2022-2030 Strategic Goals and Objectives. The strategic minute provides an update on one of the five UTA strategic priorities - Quality of Life, Customer Experience, Organizational Excellence, Community Support, and Economic Return.
DISCUSSION:
This strategic plan minute highlights our strategic priority of Exceeding Customer Expectations. Our Enterprise Strategy Office has a strategic initiative to Launch Qualtrics as our primary survey and analytics tool for UTA. This report will highlight key milestones and achievements to date with this initiative.
