RECOMMENDATION:

Approve Resolution R2021-06-06 giving special tribute, due honor, and recognition to Executive Director Carolyn Gonot.

BACKGROUND:

Carolyn Gonot has served as the Authority’s Executive Director since August 2019 and will be leaving the organization on July 9, 2021.   The Board of Trustees would like to recognize Ms. Gonot for her contribution to the Authority during her tenure as Executive Director of the Utah Transit Authority.

DISCUSSION:

The Board of Trustees will present a resolution to give tribute, honor and recognition to Ms. Gonot at her last Board Meeting with the Authority on June 23, 2021.
