BACKGROUND:
At the end of 2022, UTA adopted its 2022-2030 Strategic Goals and Objectives. The strategic minute provides an update on one of the five UTA strategic priorities - Quality of Life, Customer Experience, Organizational Excellence, Community Support, and Economic Return.
DISCUSSION:
This strategic minute highlights our Achieving Organizational Excellence goal. UTA’s Safety and Security team owns this strategic initiative of strengthening coordination of our existing safety committees by aligning expectations, training, purpose, and consistency across all groups. The report will highlight key milestones achieved thus far through 2025.
