Procurement Contract/Change Order

RECOMMENDATION:
Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute the contract and associated disbursements with JobTarget in the not-to-exceed amount of $375,000 over 5 years ($75,000/yr) to provide Recruiting Programmatic Advertisement Services for a period of five years (one year contract with four one-year options).

BACKGROUND:
UTA is seeking intuitive software to assist in identifying suitable candidates by strategically placing job advertisements using an AI enabled Programmatic tool. This tool will be used on an as-needed basis to enhance UTA’s job advertising and distribution efforts, especially in today’s competitive employment market.

DISCUSSION:
UTA performed an RFP and selected JobTarget. JobTarget’s programmatic product automates job postings across multiple sites, optimizing UTA budget by directing funds to the best-performing platforms. It offers performance tracking through an analytics dashboard and provides flexible solutions tailored to different hiring needs, saving time and resources for recruiters.
