BACKGROUND:

At the end of 2022, UTA adopted its 2022-2030 Strategic Goals and Objectives. The strategic minute provides an update on one of the five UTA strategic priorities - Quality of Life, Customer Experience, Organizational Excellence, Community Support, and Economic Return.

DISCUSSION:

This strategic plan minute highlights our Quality of Life strategic priority. The Enterprise Strategy Office owns the strategic initiative of reducing the top 5 identified risks by one level. The report will highlight key milestones achieved through the identification of top risks, and developing strategies to address them.
