BACKGROUND:                                                                                                                                 

The UTA Board of Trustees approves UTA capital projects, the capital budget, and the Five-Year Capital Plan annually.  The Board has requested regular (at least quarterly) reports on the status of the agency’s capital program. 

DISCUSSION:                                                                                                                                      

UTA Capital Services staff will update the Board of Trustees on progress of the 2026 Capital Program thru Q1.  Updates will include overviews of the 2026 capital budget and spend, highlight project progress and anticipated asset receivables, as well as discuss the overall outlook for 2026.
