BACKGROUND:                                                                                                                                 

The UTA Audit Committee met on September 23^rd, 2024 to hear reports from UTA’s Internal Audit Department on recent audits performed, as well as other audit and risk related information.  Audit Committee Members Carlton Christensen, Jeff Acerson, Beth Holbrook, Bob Stevenson, and Troy Walker participated in the meeting. 

DISCUSSION:                                                                                                                                

Chair Walker will give a report on the activities of the UTA Audit Committee.
