BACKGROUND:                                                                                                                                 

The UTA Board of Trustees approves UTA capital projects, the capital budget, and the Five-Year Capital Plan Annually.  The Board has requested regular (at least quarterly) reports on the status of the agency’s capital program. 

DISCUSSION:                                                                                                                                      

UTA Capital Services staff will update the Board of Trustees on progress of the 2024 Capital Program thru quarter 1.  Updates will include overviews of the 2024 capital budget and spend, major receivables, anticipated budget activities needed in quarter 2, as well as major construction activities happening in quarter 2.
